This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and our client. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at the client’s location. This is a consulting assignment where you will receive a fixed-term employment for 6 months with good chances of extension. To be considered for this assignment, you need to be available full-time and have a driver's license and access to a car.

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and load register as part of this recruitment process before a possible employment.

Our client is a global and high-tech producer of advanced electric drive systems. Their solutions are used in everything from passenger and freight vehicles to trains, off-highway machines, and special vehicles. The production is characterized by high quality standards, technical precision, and continuous improvements.

We are now looking for a machine operator who wants to help ensure that production runs at the right pace and with the highest possible quality.

Job responsibilities

• Monitor and operate production machines and equipment
• Ensure that production follows quality and process standards
• Perform basic maintenance, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Material handling and collaboration with internal functions
• Control measurements, documentation, and deviation reporting
• Contribute to improvement work and an efficient production flow

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience working as a machine operator or in other industrial production
• Has a good technical understanding and the ability to follow instructions and processes
• Is familiar with systems, as the work involves registration in production and quality systems
• Is meticulous, quality-conscious, and comfortable in a production environment

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license and experience in the manufacturing industry
